Meet Zoe

    About Zoe

    Bio

Zoe is a 3‑year‑old sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’d only known backyard breeder life and the shelter system — but everything changed when we rescued her, Pedro, and their daughter Tilly from the euthanasia list in Polk County, GA.

From the moment she arrived at our sanctuary, Zoe made her intentions clear: she’s here for the love, the snacks, and the spotlight. She’s confident, social, and not afraid to speak her mind — a true boss lady in all the best ways.

Zoe is the kind of dog who makes you feel like the most important person in the room. She’s ready to trade sanctuary life for couch cuddles and a family who appreciates her resilience and spark.

She’ll thrive in a patient home without small, loud children. She would do best as the only dog in the home. No small animals.

Zoe is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped. She’s currently being fostered at our sanctuary in North Carolina and is available for adoption throughout the eastern US. Transport can be arranged if needed.

~~Husky Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it’s like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you’re interested in. If you’re still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply
